It is with great pleasure that we open our doors to Kirk Peters, the first Rebecca Creek Sales Representative.

Kirk graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and has over eight years in the spirits distribution industry. Currently residing in Austin, Texas, Kirk’s hobbies include traveling, golf, ice hockey and soccer.

Out in the field, Kirk will be developing on-premise promotions and chopping it up with the locals. But don’t let that pretty face fool ya’, when it comes down to it, Kirk is all business. Kirk has been a part of the success of vodka brands such as Belvedere™, Chopin™, Ciroc™, Ketel One™, and Smirnoff™.  No one trick pony, Kirk has also developed sales strategies for a number of whiskies including Bulleit Bourbon™, Bushmill’s™, Crown Royal™, and Johnnie Walker™.

1 oz. Kahlua
½ oz. Cream or Half & Half

Combine Enchanted Rock Vodka and Kahlua over ice in a rocks glass, then float cream on top.

½ oz. Enchanted Rock Vodka
½ oz. Tequila
½ oz. Rum
½ oz. Rebecca Creek Whiskey
½ oz. Blue Curacao

Pour into a pint glass filled with ice. Fill rest with 1/3 Sweet & Sour and 2/3 Cola. Shake and add lime wedge.
